I've been going to Mellow Massage for a few years now, and despite them moving locations a few times, I'll keep following them wherever they go. My latest experience was with the incredible Jay Heart, and it was nothing short of amazing. Jay provided one of the most relaxing and attentive sessions I've ever had, making the whole experience soothing from start to finish. Not only was the massage great, but Jay also recommended a few personalized tips that I'll definitely try out next time. The atmosphere at Mellow Massage is always calm and welcoming, making it a nice escape from daily stress. If you're in need of a great massage, do yourself a favor and ask for Jay--you won't regret it!

A hidden gem! Booking with my Groupon coupon was super easy, and I was able to get an appointment for the very next day. Everyone was welcoming and gracious. J gave me an amazingly relaxing and soothing massage! I'm so glad I treated myself! I'll be back for sure. Thanks again! Jen Amodei

Every part of my experience here was A+! Brandon at the front was warm, welcoming, and all around amazing to speak with. Misha was the staff member who worked on me and I cannot overstate how great my massage was. I got a deep tissue, and they used the perfect amount of pressure. They checked in with me throughout to ensure an optimal experience. You know when you finally find “your place” for massages? This is that place!! 10/10 would recommend!

I had a great experience with Keneeka Jones. She was professional, attentive, and really listened to what I needed. The massage was relaxing and effective — I left feeling refreshed and much better. Highly recommend!

I had one of the best massages of my life today which is saying a lot given that I've had dozens of massages in many cities and countries. The therapist I saw was Malloi and she did an incredible job with addressing all the areas of soreness, pain and tension from an exhausting week. She has healing touch and is kind and nice to interact with. Highly recommend this spa if you're looking for a quality experience at a fair price in the area. All the staff are nice people.

The best of the best in Philly. The space is completely different since their move but the staff is what makes this place amazing. The massages, the building itself, etc is top notch. The facility is as clean as a whistle. Another best kept secret on this side of Philly.

I had a wonderful first experience at Mellow Massage recently and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a personalized and professional massage. I had the opportunity of working with J who was extremely knowledgeable and comforting. She made sure to continuously maintain respect and professionalism while also curating a personalized and enjoyable massage experience. Pricing was transparent and check in/out process was easy. Update: I have to give Mellow their props for making things right. They brought me back in to redo my service and everything was perfect. The massage was great and the sauna was nice and hot. I highly recommend Malloi. Mellow customer service has always been superb. Old: I have been coming to Mellow for years and have always spoken highly of them and referred many people to them over the years. I decided to book an integrated massage and the sauna because I had a lot of tightness from shoveling the snow. When I arrived, I rang the bell twice and text them, stood in the cold for 5 minutes, finally called and the receptionist says “well did you ring the bell?”…I told her I did twice (I even heard it ringing) and then she said ok and opened the door. Not a good start. The massage therapist was super sweet. He warned me the front room was chilly due to the location which I understand, but it was quite chilly in the room and there should have been a space heater on high. The oil was freezing. The massage was terrible. The guy who did it was soooo sweet and nice. He showed a lot of care, but he did not massage my body. It was more rubbing and trying to stretch the muscles a bit which I have never experienced there and I’ve had this massage multiple times. I was so disappointed because I really needed my muscles to be worked on and they were not. I then headed over to the sauna and stood in the sauna room for 5 minutes before the receptionist came in to turn the sauna on. Anyone who has been to a sauna before knows it needs to be preheated or it won’t be warm enough. She said to me “oh I had text you about what temp you wanted and you didn’t respond” as if making that the excuse for the sauna but being even warmed. She never mentioned it to me when I arrived. I sat in a lukewarm “sauna” for 30 mins and when I got out, the temp was only up to 95 degrees - not a sauna. I didn’t even break a sweat. I cannot say enough good things about this place! I’ve been numerous times and have seen 4 different massage therapists during my time and each one has been just as skilled, professional and thorough as the next. I truly walk out of here feeling so relaxed every time. Love that they are a small business instead of going to one of the big chains. Would recommend 100%!!
